Refund Policy

At Modern Cape Town, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Return and refund conditions:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via the contact form or email to request a return.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a sellable condition.
• Returns must be sent using a traceable shipping method, and shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Once we have received the returned product and inspected it for quality, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount through the original payment method.
• Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized items or products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Order Cancellation conditions

A cancellation fee of 200 ZAR will apply to cover administrative and processing costs. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming. Thank you for your understanding.
